Yoga

We offer both Yin and Vinyasa style classes to support your journey toward balance, flexibility, and holistic well-being.

 

Our gentle Yin Yoga practice targets the fascia and deep connective tissues, enhancing mobility, relaxation, and structural alignment through mostly seated postures.

 

For those seeking a more dynamic flow, Vinyasa Yoga builds strength, stability, and breath awareness through fluid, intentional breath & connected movement.
